Customer Support can be contacted 5 days a week from 8 AM-6 PM EST via the following methods:
- Telephone support is available between 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday for our US based customers, and between 8:00 AM – 5:00 pm CET(GMT +1) Monday-Friday, for our EMEA based customers. Service may be reasonably delayed for weather or other causes beyond Volicon’s control.
