Scheduled Recording

Enhance the monitoring capabilities of Observer with the Scheduled Recording module. By controlling a tunable device such as a Set Top Box, Observer can be set to monitor only relevant media sources according to a fully customizable schedule.

Scheduled recording allows an operator to establish channels and time periods to stay on one service an record it continuously. This content is monitored for A/V impairments while the system creates an easily viewable and exportable clip for archival or forwarding purposes. With adjustable pre-roll and post-roll time, operators can easily ensure the complete capture of an ad or a program while the 24x7 full frame rate recording enables examination of ad insertion performance down to the frame level.

Finally, the as-run log from the program or ad insertion system provides easy advertising verification and reconciliation.
