BURLINGTON, Mass. — May 27, 2009 —Volicon announced today that French distributor Visualdis will represent Volicon’s award-winning video logging, monitoring, and streaming solutions in France as well as other French-speaking areas in Europe and north Africa. The new distribution agreement will strengthen Volicon’s presence in significant international markets as it continues to expand its market leadership beyond the U.S.
Visualdis, a well-known distributor of broadcast video equipment and solutions based in Paris, will offer the Volicon Observer® digital content monitoring and logging solution to broadcasters, cable providers, and government organizations in French-speaking nations in Europe and Africa. Visualdis recently completed its first Volicon deal, a sale of two Observer systems to a media monitoring company in Cameroon that will enable the network to simultaneously monitor eight TV channels, as well as offer advertising verification to customers.
