Customer Support Engineer is a key technical contributor who will be the first point of contact for customers and be responsible for providing phone support, upgrades and system configuration for Volicon products. This position will also involve testing of customer configurations and new releases. Travel to customer sites to perform on-site troubleshooting, upgrades, etc. might be required. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn, customer oriented, capable of working independently and within a team to resolve time critical production issues. Reports to Director of Customer Support.
